Responsibilities
Work with stakeholder teams to develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions for scaling sales operations, lab operations, customer support, and billing processes
Assist in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning initiatives
Optimize data workflows by integrating AI models to improve efficiency and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business teams, to understand requirements and propose data-driven solutions
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices
Document technical processes and provide insights based on analysis and implementation
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. College graduates are not eligible
Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines, database management, and cloud computing (e.g. Stitch, dbt)
Experience with SQL, Python, and big data technologies
Experience validating non-deterministic AI automation solutions
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI enabled IDEs is plus
Familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus
Experience with data visualization (Tableau) is a plus
Experience working with AWS cloud platform and data pipeline tools is a plus
