Responsibilities
In-depth analysis of daily revenue and gross profit trends by product
Build financial models to predict future revenue and gross profit
Development and support of most critical financial and operational KPIs
Variance analysis vs. forecast and budget monthly
Co-lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and accompanying analysis for Operations
Extract and manipulate transactional data from source systems for inputs into forecast
Qualification
Required
3 days in person at our Bala Cynwyd, PA office
Fluent in Spanish to support functions in Puerto Rico
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent training required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance roles
Advanced expertise in Excel and overall proficiency in MS Office products
Strong working knowledge of financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement and cash flow components)
Strong problem-solving skills, organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical and statistical skills
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing independently
Strong ability to drive change in a status quo environment
Customer service oriented, recognizing the importance of high-quality customer service
Exercises excellent professional judgment
Ability to multitask and manage large, complex projects in parallel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly
