They are seeking a Web Designer to translate complex business needs into compelling digital products, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and ensure design consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities
Translate complex business needs and user research insights into wireframes, high fidelity Interactive prototypes and production ready assets
Translate company branding into visually compelling, storytelling digital experiences
Design layouts, graphics, and visual assets for websites, apps, and other digital platforms
Building reusable UI components for consistent design systems, across web and mobile
Writing clean, efficient code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bring designs to life
Assist in framing research goals and objectives
Conduct user research to uncover unmet needs, pain points and motivations
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, design, marketing/comms, branding and development teams to integrate findings into projects
Adaptability to work in diverse team environments and respond to changing project needs
Qualification
Required
Figma – advanced proficiency
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Vue, Angular)
Responsive design, performance, accessibility, version control (Git)
Can handle projects end-to-end or contribute across the entire design-to-code pipeline
Engaging design and problem-solving approach; Strong artistic fundamentals (color theory, typography, composition, hierarchy), attention to detail, plus technical proficiency in design software
Strong awareness of global design and cultural trends, with the ability to translate insights into forward-thinking creative work
A passion for understanding and advocating for the end user throughout the design process
Excellent verbal, visual and writing communication; Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Ability to look beyond individual features to align user experience with long-term business goals
Ability to solve for ambiguous design problems, leveraging expert product thinking, interaction design, craft and prototyping
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering complex creative projects on time and within budget
Figma – design & interaction tool
Drupal (PHP knowledge)
Adobe Creative Suite
Miro – business collaboration tool
Jira – Project management and tracking
Confluence – for documenting data
MO365 – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
BA or 2 years technical college in a design, UX, front-end development discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Experience in designing Consumer/Corporate products
Experience in designing Enterprise products
Experience in Software Design and Development
Background in Media or Entertainment
Experience in Branding & Marketing
Experience building CMS platforms
PHP Experience
