Responsibilities

Oversee quality assurance and control across multiple regional projects
Ensure compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) quality processes
Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to drive consistent execution of quality plans, inspections, testing, documentation, and issue resolution

Qualification

CQM certificationData center constructionCSAMEP experienceUSACE Quality processesLeadership capabilitiesCommunication skillsPresentation skillsProject management

Required

CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience
Data center construction experience required
CQM (Construction Quality Management) certification
Familiarity with USACE Quality processes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team‑support capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
