Develop and own a robust assortment plan that includes product depth, flow and style/color efficiency
Building bottom-up forecasts to inform pre-season decisions
Monthly sales analysis to identify risk and opportunity
Collaboration with your marketplace team and Running partners to manage performance
Providing post-season assortment insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Drive the Mens Running Footwear portfolio, leading the way for Running

Qualification

Demand planningExcelRetail mathStakeholder managementSelf-starterCollaboration

Required

5 + years of demand planning experience is highly desirable
Ability to work across a matrixed environment while driving alignment
Self-Starter
Strong Excel skills are essential
Comprehensive understanding of retail math required
Strong influencing and stakeholder management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
