Responsibilities
Work with management to define project milestones throughout silicon development cycle
Monitors project executions across functional teams to ensure timely delivery of each milestones targets
Work with cross functional teams to identify risks, dependencies and come up with mitigation plans
Work with internal and external IP owners/vendors to set IP delivery schedule and quality requirements, and drive such parties for on time delivery
Generate weekly reports for project executions across all functions, identify blocking issues and communicate effectively to management and functional stakeholders
Organize meetings and synchronize on the development across multiple international sites
Qualification
Required
BE in Electronics Engineering with 10+ years of program management experience in SoC/FW/IP development projects
Experience in setting project milestones and criteria
Experience in SoC and/or IP design and verification
Experience in projects from planning to post silicon validation
Excellent communication across multiple teams handling complex situations
Experience in using Jira for project tracking
Self-motivated problem-solver with an ability to work well in a team

Good at report generation using Jira plugins. Familiar with Scrum and Sprint
Good knowledge in Emulation and FW developments
Knowledge or experience in UCIe and HBM
Highly motivated with good verbal and written communication skills
