Responsibilities
Supervise team on a day-to-day basis driving results set by management
Follow up on past due invoices as needed
Maintain acceptable DSO and past due amounts
Work with sales and customers to resolve account issues
Responsible for coaching and mentoring ARS staff, which includes coming into the office when necessary
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with managing accounts
Communication skills across all areas of the organization
Team oriented individual who strives to succeed and achieve company goals
Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP's, Macros, etc.)
At least 1 year of experience in SAP
Previous supervisory experience in a credit and collections environment
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Demonstrate ownership and accountability
3+ years of management and leadership experience
Preferred
3+ years of experience managing many accounts
Exceptional skills in Excel and ability to become a department expert in company systems
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Prefer previous leadership experience – staff management
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Advanced computer skills
Previous credit experience
