Define and ship a semantic/metrics layer (Cube/Buster/similar) so key metrics are defined once and used everywhere
Make Tier‑1 metrics reliable and auditable, including user efficiency (benefits import time, time spent editing a guide, etc.), employee engagement (guide views, guide flow-through, etc) and broker “book of business” aggregations
Own instrumentation with Product/Engineering (event taxonomy, tracking specs, data contracts)
Own ingestion tooling and the operating model for onboarding new sources
Set up a lightweight but explicit process for ad-hoc analytics projects for both internal teams and external stakeholders (brokers, enterprise brokers, carrier partners)
Own SOC 2 requirements relevant to your area of the business
Partner with Product team to iterate on the vision and roadmap for customer-facing analytics products
