Front Desk Coordinator & HR Support Specialist
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator & HR Support Specialist to join one of their growing clients in Raleigh, NC. This role serves as the first point of contact for the organization, providing professional front desk support and assisting with Human Resources functions to ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities
Welcome, greet, and direct all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
Promptly answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Assist customers and visitors while ensuring proper check-in and check-out procedures
Accept and process deliveries, mail distribution, and packages
Order, maintain, and organize office supplies
Maintain a general working knowledge of personnel and functions to properly route inquiries, visitors, and requests
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Report to work and scheduled meetings on time and consistently according to established schedules
Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly, courteous, proactive, and professional manner
Maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external customers
Handle challenging situations tactfully and professionally
Respond to requests, inquiries, and questions in a timely manner
Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as assigned
Support HR in administering team member recognition and rewards, including:
Anniversaries
Life events (marriages, birth of a child, etc.)
Service awards
Maintain a trusted and confidential working relationship with the HR team
Coordinate with the Party Planning Committee (PPE) on employee engagement and culture-related activities
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of internal events and sales meetings, including food and beverage setup as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Previous front desk or administrative support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Willingness to learn new programs, software, and tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Associate's degree
Previous Human Resources support experience
