Responsibilities
Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other similar applications
Collects stakeholder requirements and designs/implements solutions that can be solved through declarative means or coordinates with developers on more complex solutions
Train and provide guidance on the use of systems within the team and to end users across the company
Lead or support application-related projects, including new implementations, migrations, and integrations
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and user experience
Document system configurations, workflows, and procedures
Serve as a subject matter expert for supported platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience required with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Responsible for making process improvements
Ability to solve, multiple difficult problems
Provides strong experience and analysis to problem solving
Works independently under limited supervision
May be responsible for entire projects or process within job area
Provides significant impact on job area results
Works to achieve operational targets within job area
Influences others regarding, policies practices and procedures
Communicates with parties within and outside of functional area
Communicates with external customers, vendors, etc
Communicates matters that are difficult/complex and require notable explanation or interpretation

Manages interactions with internal and external contacts, including job area management members; can field semi-difficult questions related to job area
Preferred
Professional certifications including Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration
