Junior Program Analyst
Reliability & Performance Technologies (R&P) is a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, and Technical Services to government clients. The Program Analyst will provide program management support, planning, and integration for the DDG 51 program office, including administrative support and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
The contractor shall provide executive, analytical, management and administrative support for the DDG 51 program office to include direct support to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager
The contractor shall coordinate program office operations including management of records, calendars, schedules, and correspondence
The contractor shall conduct long-term planning for the program office
The contractor shall provide deliverables and action item tracking
The contractor shall provide task management and assistance in the development of milestones and objectives for the DDG 51 program office
The contractor shall implement and maintain an information system for control of all DDG 51 program office documentation to include routing and serialization of program documents
The contractor shall provide administrative support in the development of Program Plans and provide assessments and indicators of progress
The contractor shall monitor and maintain program schedules for potential or actual changes, advising the Government of alternatives and providing impact assessments
The contractor shall provide programmatic support for DDG 51 program office goals, objectives, and execution strategies as well as understand and coordinate any interdependencies across program stakeholders and tasks as required
The contractor shall implement and maintain a program integration plan to ensure Program Plans and deliverables are comprehensively integrated across all PMS 400D branches, to include all other task areas, which may span multiple support contractors
The contractor shall assist in developing required plans, concept papers, white papers, and senior level briefings
The contractor shall provide support for action and milestone planning and tracking, project planning and progress, and program metrics establishment and tracking
The contractor shall provide active participation in designated meetings and milestone reviews
In response to Navy inquiries, the contractor shall provide executive level liaison with, and communication support functions to, Navy, DoD, Congress, and other Government agencies and organizations
The contractor shall provide support in performing program monitoring and control efforts, including critical path management, forecasting upcoming and recurring DDG 51 Class program events, planning and preparation for critical events, formulating meeting agendas and attendance lists, preparing and promulgating meeting minutes as required, and development of Milestone charts
The contractor shall track Congressional budget deliberation schedules, analyze Congressional committee reports, track all proposed and actual Congressional marks, plus-ups, and adds as they pertain to and impact the DDG 51 program
Working across program stakeholders and tasks, the contractor shall prepare planned and emergent documents/briefings; provide issues analysis; prepare reports, white papers, and draft integrated responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) originating from Congressional Professional Staff Members (PSMs) and other Congressional entities such as the Congressional Budget Office, Congressional Research Service, and inquiries from the Government Accountability Office
All prepared reports shall include maintenance of backup documentation and historical files
The contractor shall work across program stakeholders and tasks to develop and prepare responses to public affairs actions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years experience in DoD/Navy Program Management to include Congressional and Public Affairs
Experience communicating with SES / Flag level
Knowledge of DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process)
Secret Clearance is required
