InternCoastal Carolina University is seeking a motivated and reliable Student Assistant to support the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement. The role involves various clerical tasks, event preparation, and participation in Alumni TEALgates during home football games.

Responsibilities
Participate in Alumni TEALgates during home football games
Assist with event preparation, including set-up, registration, and other logistical tasks
Assemble, stuff, and mail materials as needed
Organize supply closets and maintain inventory levels
Aid in updating the office’s social media pages
Deliver materials and paperwork across campus
Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student in good academic standing, dependable and professional
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Previous experience in an office or event planning role is a plus
Must be currently enrolled as a CCU student
