B2B Marketing Program Manager
The Sage Group's top client is seeking a B2B Marketing Program Manager with expertise in B2B product messaging and advertiser measurement. The role involves developing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, and supporting product marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Help develop and orchestrate comprehensive GTM strategies for the full FFM product portfolio across all three strategic phases
Support in-depth market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and translate advertiser challenges into actionable product requirements
Communicate the FFM product vision to internal and external stakeholders and proactively drive business reviews up to VP level
Craft compelling product narratives and positioning that differentiate client measurement capabilities in the market
Help develop single-source-of-truth documentation including positioning, messaging, product availability, best practices, and implementation guide
Support Sales teams to align GTM strategies to the product roadmap and equip teams with resources and knowledge
Establish client as a leader in full-funnel measurement through analyst relations, trade events, and strategic communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in marketing program management, experienced in B2B product sales enablement/pitch deck messaging for GTM, a record of tracking successful product launches
Complete independence in execution and decision-making with strong project management skills and ability to assess risk
Deep knowledge of core business objectives, marketing investments, and ability to decompose complex business problems into straightforward strategies
Advanced communication skills to represent complex decisions to leadership and influence without direct authority across organizations
Technical acumen with understanding of advertising technology, measurement methodologies, attribution models, and AI/ML applications
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with comfort analyzing data and using insights to inform product decisions
Passion for understanding customer needs and advocating for the voice of the customer
Preferred
Prior B2B PMM experience a big plus
Experience in advertising/marketing technology industry, particularly in measurement and analytics
