Responsibilities
Connects with residential customers through a variety of methods, such as door-to-door sales, distributing door hangers and attending community events
Conducts door-to-door outreach to promote RightFiber internet, voice, and video services
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
Educates potential customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers
Travels to customer sites, project areas, business related events, and other Ritter Communications locations as required
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in door-to-door sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in the elements and walk frequently
Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
