Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
Execute corrective maintenance and minor repairs
Respond to maintenance service calls and urgent work requests
Assist with stabilization of emergency conditions
Perform basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
Support parts pickup, material staging, and tool handling as needed
Accurately document work performed in the work order system
Follow all safety and access requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
4–6 years of facilities maintenance or general maintenance experience
Working knowledge of common building systems and repair techniques
Preferred
Experience in secure or government facilities
CMMS experience
