Responsibilities

Co-represent the operational division in compliance and quality assurance forums, manage critical compliance commitments and reporting, and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities related to GxP and overall compliance
Lead the strategic development of role-based training assignments, ensure meticulous training compliance reporting, and oversee the Learning Plan Review process with leaders and managers to guarantee accurate GxP training assignments
Play a key role in preparing for regulatory and partner inspections, specifically by contributing comprehensive training compliance reports and actively managing learning system health topics
Act as a strategic partner to assess business needs and prioritize learning opportunities, co-creating accurate, streamlined, and learner-centric training curricula across various modalities (live, hybrid, e-learning)
Establish and follow robust processes for accessing learning materials from global systems, ensuring that end-to-end training curricula are appropriately managed within content and learning management systems

Required

Be authorized to work in the United States
Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or GxP and Compliance Learning & Development function, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or a related life sciences industry, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience leading learning strategies and developing a diverse range of training curricula (instructor-led, web-based, hybrid) and assets
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and robust training compliance reporting
Proficient project management skills, with a proven track record of successful execution
Demonstrated ability to act as a 'self-starter,' working autonomously and adeptly managing prioritization and planning in a dynamic and shifting environment
An agile mindset, consistently focusing on simplification, measurable impact, and urgency in all initiatives
Exceptional ability to build and maintain constructive, trusting relationships with internal and external partners across all organizational levels
Proven ability to influence without direct authority, lead effective matrix teams, and proactively break down organizational silos
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly, including to executive leadership

Experience with specific industry-leading Learning Management Systems is highly valued
