Help Desk Support Analyst (On-Site)

Answer inbound support calls during assigned coverage windows
Follow documented runbooks to assess and route issues
Create and manage tickets in JIRA
Escalate incidents to Major Incident Management as required
Provide clear, professional communication to business users
Participate in cross-training for event support during downtime (~10%)
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow written procedures consistently
Comfortable working from scripts and documentation
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic computer literacy (ticketing systems, internal tools)
Preferred
Prior help desk, call center, or customer support experience
Exposure to ITIL-style incident management
