Responsibilities
Supporting the overall growth and profitability of Fox by achieving and supporting key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and others as designated
Building and developing a team that embodies the Fox core values while establishing Fox as the leader in all pest management solutions
Qualification
Required
5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route-based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.)
Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses
Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Current Driver's License
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry
