Branch Administrator Personal Assistant
Movement Mortgage is an Impact Lender dedicated to making a positive difference in the mortgage industry and workplace cultures. They are seeking a high-level Branch Administrator/Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced, growing branch by managing calendars, assisting with event planning, and providing high-level administrative support.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules
Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
Create and manage presentations, reports, and documents
Support social media efforts and content organization
Run errands and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support
Qualification
Required
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Expert-level skills in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven experience in event planning
Experience managing complex calendars and schedules
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
Reliable, professional, and able to execute tasks quickly and efficiently
Administrative and organizational skills, including schedule management, record-keeping, and multitasking
Strong communication abilities for client interactions and team collaborations
Proficiency in office productivity tools and software, and adaptability to learning new systems
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in administration or a related field
