Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Rep
ANM is a fast-growing IT consulting firm focused on building long-term, customer-focused relationships. They are seeking an Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Rep who will provide quality support by performing various core functions to assist Account Managers and customers.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Support AM & Customers on day-to-day operations
Creation of New Opportunities in Salesforce
Create Quotes
Coordinate with the Solution Architect Team for estimates
Validate quotes to customer-specific requirements
Order processing – Completes procurement package and ensures all required documentation is received
Post-Order Support - works with other ANM teams
Track Lead times and expedite when necessary
Tracking ship status for all open orders
Shipping info (number of pallets, truck with lift gate, etc.)
Product return authorization and coordination
Follow up on accounting questions, requests, and corrections from customers
Addresses supplier challenges during order processing
Registers all deals for pricing and ensures all extra incentives and rebates get applied
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing, configurations, and formatting
Procurement Contract / Manufacturer List Price Updates – especially based on tariff price changes
Interface with current suppliers and manufacturers to stay current with all special programs, pricing, and technology to obtain the best price for ANM
Works with customers, account managers, and solution architects as part of a team to develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships
Review, analyze, and strategize proposals and government contracts as needed
Work on special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in an Inside Sales position, ideally within the IT Industry
Working knowledge of Cisco online tools like CCW and CCWR, and knowledge to build and validate a simple configuration
Solid skills in preparing written communications and materials
Good verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
Demonstrate proven leadership skills and time management experience
Must have the ability to manage a high volume of email communications
Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize opportunities to ensure effective and timely follow-up
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and customers
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Microsoft Office
Understanding SLED sales cycles, contracts, and processes is a plus
The high degree of integrity in handling confidential information
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Travel may be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and motor vehicle insurance
