Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Nebula Finance SA’s global project and program portfolio aligned with corporate strategy
Translate executive priorities into structured programs, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure disciplined execution of cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, compliance, operations, and market growth
Establish enterprise-wide visibility into strategic initiative progress and outcomes
Design and implement scalable project management frameworks, standards, and governance models
Introduce best practices across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate
Ensure consistent project documentation, reporting, risk tracking, and accountability
Standardize tools, systems, and processes supporting project lifecycle management
Serve as the central coordination point between technology, product, compliance, operations, and executive leadership
Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
Resolve interdependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks
Promote collaboration across geographies and functions
Identify program risks, execution gaps, and operational challenges early
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment across initiatives
Implement mitigation plans and escalation processes for critical projects
Maintain high standards of operational control and delivery reliability
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks for project and program performance
Provide leadership with data-driven insights into execution progress and resource allocation
Ensure alignment between capital allocation, strategic priorities, and program delivery
Continuously optimize execution speed, quality, and efficiency
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project management organization
Develop project management capabilities, talent pipelines, and leadership succession
Foster a culture of accountability, structure, and delivery excellence
Champion Nebula Finance SA’s values of precision, integrity, and performance
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in program management, project leadership, or operational execution within fintech, financial services, or technology organizations
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at enterprise scale
Strong understanding of fintech platforms, regulatory environments, and technology-enabled operations
Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-border teams
Exceptional organizational, communication, and execution management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field required
Preferred
PMP, MBA, or advanced certification
