Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

Support and execute core compensation programs across the organization
Assist with annual focal review process and incentive payout cycles
Conduct market pricing and participate in salary survey submissions
Respond to general compensation-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across recurring compensation processes
Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to ensure smooth execution of programs
Maintain organization, attention to detail, and process efficiency

Required

3–5 years of experience in compensation or related HR functions
Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals and program administration
