Reconcile agency payments with Centra accounts for accuracy
Reconcile agency placements to ensure accuracy
Receive and process bankruptcy notices to adjust accounts appropriately
Performs special projects as needed and assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Minimum two (2) years' experience in customer service or collections
Ability to reconcile multiple accounts efficiently and review large volumes of transactional data
Preferred
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
