They are seeking an Assistant Program Manager to help build an inclusive culture in their residential program, manage employee performance, facilitate client case reviews, and maintain a caseload.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing employee performance of clear goals and expectations while tracking their progress to success with each of their clients
Responsible for the facilitation of client case reviews with staff
Management of the therapeutic community and facility
Maintaining their own caseload among other duties as designated
Qualification
Required
Associates' Degree in human services with three years' paid experience in a human services related field, or a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and experience
NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work
OMH licensed programs: Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by OMH Residential regulations OASAS licensed programs: Advanced Counselor CASAC or other QHP as defined by OASAS Operating Regulations required
