MOHR Talent is a growing SaaS company that provides digital payment solutions and is expanding its sales team in St. Petersburg. They’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support the sales organization by identifying prospects, starting conversations, and setting qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective accounts using an established database
Introduce solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team
Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach and follow-ups
Share marketing and educational materials with prospects
Track activity and appointment metrics to stay organized and consistent

Qualification

Sales experienceCRM systemsDependabilityCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

1+ year of experience in sales, prospecting, or a phone-based role
Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
Organized, dependable, and comfortable with daily outreach goals
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
