Responsibilities
Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle
Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards, including Alldata, I-CAR, and the CCC estimating system
Attend/collaborate with the team during production meetings
Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of collision repair experience
Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work
Above-average quality focus
High production capabilities
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Preferred
I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
