Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to provided lead sources
Speak with current homeowners and potential homebuyers to identify refinance and purchase opportunities
Structure loan scenarios and clearly present options
Ask for the commitment and get applications signed
Submit loans into underwriting and hand off to in-house processing
Continue prospecting while files are in process
Optionally self-source additional business to increase volume and income
Qualification
Required
Licensed Loan Officers who want leads, structure, and support
Experienced sales professionals who want a clear path into mortgage lending (licensing supported for top performers)
Make high-volume outbound calls to provided lead sources
Speak with current homeowners and potential homebuyers to identify refinance and purchase opportunities
Structure loan scenarios and clearly present options
Ask for the commitment and get applications signed
Submit loans into underwriting and hand off to in-house processing
Continue prospecting while files are in process

Active NMLS license preferred (but not required to apply)
Comfortable in a call center or inside sales environment
Strong phone presence and objection handling
1+ year of phone sales or call center experience preferred
Comfortable with scripts, KPIs, and talk time
Coachable, competitive, and reliable
Interested in earning a mortgage license and advancing into an LO role
