Management Analyst I

Washington County's District Attorney's Office is currently seeking a Management Analyst I to join the team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data utilized by the office, with responsibilities including data integration, quality assurance, and supporting technical operations.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data utilized by the District Attorney's Office
Monitoring compliance with court mandates through daily analytics
Updating the case management system and notifying others of required actions
Designing and maintaining Excel-based dashboards and dynamic summary reports with embedded hyperlinks
Managing Tableau access and licenses, coordinating IT service requests, and troubleshooting user issues
Developing Excel-based queries and applying hierarchical decision logic to identify, cleanse, and validate data anomalies
Preparing, formatting, and distributing reports in accordance with established protocols and stakeholder requirements
Serving as a backup for other Senior Legal Specialists on the Data Integrity Team by retrieving reports from record management systems, entering case data into the case management system, and processing court orders and judgments

Required

Bachelor's Degree in public or business administration, finance, economics, statistics, accounting or a related field that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; OR
Associate's Degree in public or business administration, finance, economics, statistics, accounting or a related field that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; AND two (2) years of responsible professional work experience in administrative, operations, budgetary, financial, or similar analysis; OR
Four (4) years of responsible work experience in administrative, operations, budgetary, and similar analyses
Experience working with data in a legal or criminal justice setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and dashboard development
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and management in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Clear communication skills
Ability to multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain composure under pressure

Preferred

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
