Responsibilities

Conduct functional and/or integration testing of multiple programs with a focus on automated testing

Proactively identify use cases for test automation within supported projects and architect, design, and develop automated test scripts

Lead development of test automation solutions and frameworks

Evaluate functional test cases with project stakeholders and ensure completion of testing

Coordinate work assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing

Train other contractor or government personnel in use of automated testing tools

Test planning, test documentation development, test execution, defects tracking, and test results reporting

Escalate risks and issues related to test steps

Provide guidance to accomplish the goals and objectives of the test strategy for the program

Required

Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D

Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret clearance

Strong oral and written communications skills

Must have application requirements, design, and testing experience

Expertise writing tests for unit testing frameworks PHPUnit, JUnit, NUnit, Pytest, etc

Preferred

Experience with Gherkin and related implementation frameworks for scenario driven testing

Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)

Experience with Cypress for Javascript/UI testing

Experience with agile software delivery lifecycles, with particular emphasis on requirements analysis, design, and testing experience

Experience configuring automated testing pipelines in CI/CD platforms such as GitLab

Experience working in a disconnected network (not connected to the internet)
