Integrated Resources, Inc is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive training curriculum for the HIV Business Unit. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create effective training solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate on the development and implementation of knowledge- and skill-based training focused on therapeutic disease state expertise and product knowledge to support success of commercial field sales teams
Develop and execute training with specific focus on the new hire program ‘Accelerate’, as well as:
Account management skills
Product and promotional campaign knowledge
New product launches and communication skills
Selling skills and phased learning programs
Sales meeting workshops and ongoing learning sustainment initiatives
Collaborate with relevant internal departments—including Marketing, Field Sales, National Accounts, Regional Trainers, Commercial Operations, Global L&D, Medical Information, Legal, Business Conduct, and Regulatory—to develop appropriate training solutions
Partner with Compliance/Legal, Marketing, and Medical Information to ensure training materials and workshops remain current, effective, and compliant with regulatory guidelines
Work with external vendors to design curricula, select instructional methods, and develop materials using adult learning principles
Conduct needs assessments, identify target participant characteristics, and solicit cross-functional feedback before finalizing training design and strategy
Offer solutions to bridge gaps between current organizational capabilities and business needs
Ensure organizational readiness for training deployment by identifying key stakeholders and determining requirements in advance to deliver high-quality programming
Analyze characteristics of existing technologies and their use in instructional design
Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs, improve solutions, and lead implementation of change initiatives
Maintain alignment with the Commercial group’s strategic training plan while balancing short-term priorities and long-term business goals
Manage budgets aligned with development of training resources and planning of POA/Sales Meetings
Effectively manage multiple vendors from selection through final deliverables

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Teams, and PowerPoint, particularly for development of instructional content
Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Ability to organize work under strict timelines while producing quality deliverables
Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diverse number of technical tasks with tact, cooperation, and persistence
Ability to build consensus, Product stakeholder alignment, and lead without authority
Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Comfortable engaging with people at all levels of the organization globally as well as with suppliers and vendors
Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written presentation forms
Ability to manage projects from initiation to delivery in live or virtual formats
Focus on performance by establishing clear training objectives
High School Degree with 12 years of relevant experience
Associate Degree with 10 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience
Master's Degree with 6 years of experience
Ph.D
5+ years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech experience
3 years of successful Field Sales experience
1 year of prior commercial training experience

Preferred

Master's degree plus 6 years in a related field is desirable
Experience in HIV and product launch experience preferred
Sales, marketing, or training experience in a competitive biotech/pharma marketplace
