Account Representative North America
S3 AeroDefense is focused on maintaining and growing customer accounts in North America. The Account Representative will communicate with customers, prioritize their requirements, and collaborate with internal departments to provide quotes and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers by phone, fax, and email daily
Prioritize customer requirements and enter into system
Attach customer original documents to sales quotes
Coordinate and collaborate with Research to obtain vendor bids
Quote customer on daily requirements
Follow up with customer on quotations
Coordinate customer quotation with internal departments, including Research, Accounting, and Quality
Develop an understanding of customer’s product demands and trends
Build customer relationship to maintain and develop additional business
Complete tasks given by Sales Manager
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly motivated, energetic, and success oriented
Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Sales or account management experience required
Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel
Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience
Preferred
Training: Pentagon Basics
Export & ITAR compliance
Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH's, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP's, AD's, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology)
90 Day Probation OJT (Includes, Return Material Authorization (RMA), Adding Vendors, Purchase Order Creation, Approved Suppliers)
