Responsibilities
Serve as the primary digital contact for an assigned group of clients
Build and optimize multi-channel strategies across SEO, Google Ads, and paid social
Translate performance data into clear insights, reports, and recommendations
Take internal ownership of one or more channels (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, paid social, or email)
Plan and execute SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, and local SEO/GBP
Build, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, basic PMax)
Support paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn) and collaborate on ad creative and landing pages
Measure performance using GA4, conversion tracking, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency
Strong foundation in SEO and/or Google Ads, with comfort moving between multiple channels
Confident communicator who can run client calls and clearly present performance insights
Highly organized with an analytical mindset, able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
Preferred
Bonus experience in any of the following: Meta/LinkedIn ads, email/automation, BrightLocal/GBP, HubSpot/CRM, or creative direction
