Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases—from planning and design through construction and closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and work plans
Guide and support project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
Champion design quality while ensuring technical accuracy and constructability
Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks, changes, and opportunities
Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and specialty consultants
Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
8+ years of professional architectural project experience
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes
Proficiency with Revit and project management tools
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment
Ability to manage complex projects while balancing design, schedule, and budget priorities
Confidence navigating fast-paced, collaborative environments
A client-focused mindset grounded in service and long-term relationships
Commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and purposeful outcomes
Preferred
Healthcare or Education experience preferred
