Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and budgeting reports
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to operations and leadership
Support manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and inventory valuation efforts
Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to understand financial impacts of production activities
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and models to support strategic planning and performance improvement
Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range strategic financial planning
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
Perform ad‑hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst within manufacturing
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory processes, and operational finance
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work on-site in Boardman, OH at least 4 days per week
