Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring timely and professional completion of work orders
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and guide team members on best practices
Perform and delegate general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance
Lead unit inspections, make-ready turnovers, and ensure curb appeal standards are met
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain tools and equipment in proper condition
Train, mentor, and support maintenance staff to promote skill development and efficiency
Participate in and supervise the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
Qualification
Required
HVAC certification (required)
Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily property maintenance experience (lead/supervisory role preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-focused
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks effectively
