Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and data requirements
Translate business requirements into data mappings and technical specifications
Analyze data definitions, relationships, business rules, and integration flows
Partner with Data Engineers to support solution design and implementation
Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate resolution with data providers
Support SDLC phases including analysis, design, testing, and implementation
Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment with business needs
Provide ongoing support and training to business users
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
Experience with data modeling and SDLC
Strong analytical, profiling, and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with Big Data / Hadoop platforms
Strong business analysis and stakeholder communication skills
7+ years of experience in financial services technology
Preferred
Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Agile project delivery experience
Python or similar programming experience
