Procurement Manager/Director, Equipment
BrightNight is a renewable power plant developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP), and they are seeking a Procurement Manager, Equipment to drive the success of power generation projects. The role involves sourcing critical equipment, negotiating contracts, and managing supply chains to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities
Source equipment and services for power generation projects (e.g., solar panels, breakers, transformers)
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for project components
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and key suppliers
Oversee procurement to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
Manage supply chain risks to minimize disruptions
Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets
Maintain quality control for all procured goods and services
Qualification
Required
Heavy industry equipment procurement experience
Expertise in negotiating contracts
Experience managing supply chains
Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
Experience managing supply chain risks
Ability to collaborate with project teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets
Experience maintaining quality control for all procured goods and services
