Account Manager
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships through proactive communication
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and service support
Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
Monitor account performance, customer trends, and service quality indicators
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into service
Prepare account reports, track activity, and help identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with special projects, presentations, and customer-facing initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Curious, coachable, and eager to grow within account management or client‑facing career paths
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
