Responsibilities
Assisting in company benefits enrollment processes
Engaging with employees to provide education about insurance options
Ensuring that enrollment activities align with company policies and guidelines
Accurately inputting enrollment data
Providing excellent customer service and support during the enrollment period
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain benefits and respond professionally to employee inquiries
Demonstrated abilities in Research and understanding of insurance products and benefits
Experience in Project Management and managing enrollment processes efficiently
Capable of Training employees on using enrollment systems or understanding various benefit options
Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy during enrollment
Proficiency with enrollment systems and technology tools is an added advantage
Prior experience in insurance, benefits administration, or a related field is a plus
