Responsibilities
Process sample requests for new customers, donations, brokers, product shows, sales and marketing
Provide assistance to the QA Manager for monitoring and maintaining quality processes
Perform quality checks on the product and run required label for the samples
Ship requests to meet customer requested dates and track shipments as needed
Assist in customer and 3rd party audit preparations
Assist in maintaining calibration and verification of lab equipment and scales
Follow and support all Company Safety, GMP, HACCP & ISO policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Three years of experience as a Section Quality Coordinator or in a Customer Services position
High School Diploma or GED
