Responsibilities
Own an individual sales goal and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Follow Tonna’s proven sales process—from initial consultation through close and post-sale follow-up
Deliver an exceptional client experience marked by professionalism, trust, and clear communication
Complete required product, technical, and sales training to sustain high water-solution expertise
Efficiently convert inbound opportunities while meeting minimum revenue-per-lead metrics
Maintain precise documentation, follow-ups, and pipeline visibility within the CRM
Qualification
Required
Plumbing experience (field, estimating, or technical sales)
Track record in consultative, relationship-driven selling
Ability to educate homeowners on technical options in a clear, no-pressure manner
Strong organization to manage follow-ups and multiple active opportunities
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
