U-Haul is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual for a full-time Program Coordinator position on their Operations Team. The role involves overseeing the Equipment On-Hold (EOH) Program, ensuring compliance with protocols, and collaborating with various teams to enhance program efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day activities and operation of the EOH Program

Educate, communicate, and coordinate EOH program information with U-Haul Field personnel across the U.S. and Canada

Continuously gather feedback on new/existing tools and processes to assist the EOH Program Manager in making improvements and increasing efficiencies

Perform quality control checks on EOH inventory, data integrity and processes to ensure that results are timely, sufficient, effective and economical

Study procedures and data, accumulate information and coordinate with UHI, Tech Center, Repwest and others

Work collaboratively with other Risk Management Teams and U-Haul Departments

Assess incidents reported to Risk Management and disseminate them to the appropriate departments during normal business hours approximately one or two days per month
