Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
A minimum of 20 years as a consultant and extensive related experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary level information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
BS and MS in Planning, Engineering or related field is required
25+ years of relevant experience with executive management and advisory services in transportation policy and program development
Experience working with Transit Clients in North America and International Markets
High understanding of the client's scope of work, highly capability in delivering the project requirements and risk assessments including reports writing / presenting, and implementing withstanding on schedule
Experienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services
