Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of isolved's event portfolio, ensuring all events are aligned with business objectives and brand standards
Oversee execution of customer, partner, analyst, and internal events-including large-scale conferences and targeted field programs
Manage all event logistics, vendor relationships, budget planning, contracts, and timelines to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to define event goals, messaging, and content strategy
Work with internal creative, communications, and demand generation teams to support promotional strategies and campaign alignment
Manage relationships with external agencies and production vendors, ensuring quality and consistency in all deliverables
Lead, coach, and develop the events team, providing clear direction, hands-on support, and continuous feedback
Establish event KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate success, identify improvements, and optimize future programs
Incorporate feedback and engagement trends to evolve event strategy and improve audience experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B technology environment
3+ years of experience leading people or cross-functional project teams
Proven success in managing large-scale and hybrid events from strategy through execution
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects with agility and attention to detail
Experience with event tools such as Swoogo, HubSpot, Sugar CRM, or equivalent platforms
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and deliver measurable impact through events
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States
