Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into scalable career pathing solutions
Design frameworks for both traditional and non-traditional career paths, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity
Define critical skills for roles/levels and career paths across the organization
Build and populate initial skills library, establishing a scalable structure that can be maintained and expanded
Recommend and implement assessment tools to measure skill proficiency and development needs
Create a comprehensive playbook for leaders and associates that explains career pathing, how to use the framework, and how to have meaningful career conversations
Develop supporting materials such as guides, templates, and FAQs
Partner with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to roll out the career pathing framework
Ensure adoption through communication plans, training sessions, and feedback loops
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in career pathing design and implementation, including both traditional and non-traditional approaches
Strong understanding of skills frameworks and assessment methodologies
Ability to create scalable solutions and resources for large organizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in developing playbooks, toolkits, or similar enablement materials
Familiarity with talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design principles
Preferred
Knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools for career pathing and skills management
Experience in change management and driving adoption of new frameworks
Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness
