Responsibilities
Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual
Coordinate meeting arrangements such as time, place, attendees, and matters to be discussed
Act as liaison between manager, director, and other center department staff
Coordinate and report all property inventories as assigned
Prepare reports, as required for the OA/CTS manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years related experience
Must have working knowledge of computer and various software programs
A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required
