Assist clients with scheduling appointments
Answer inquiries and collect necessary patient information
Manage client check-ins and check-outs
Process transactions
Ensure exceptional service during every client interaction
Maintain patient and client records
Collaborate with veterinary staff
Assist in a compassionate and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable interacting with pets and their owners, with a patient and compassionate demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred
Proficiency with veterinary software or other medical practice management systems is a plus
Additional certifications in veterinary assistance or customer service are beneficial
