Sales Development Representative- Commercial Real Estate
EyeQ Monitoring is the fastest growing provider of remote video surveillance and business intelligence in the US. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential customers, creating a robust sales pipeline for the Commercial Real Estate vertical.

Responsibilities
Conduct inbound prospecting by responding to leads generated through various marketing channels, such as website inquiries, demo requests, and event registrations and live chat systems
Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to reach potential customers and initiate conversations about EyeQ Monitoring's solutions
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within those organizations to tailor outreach efforts effectively
Nurture and qualify leads through active communication to assess their needs and fit for our products and services
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information for a seamless transition
Utilize CRM software to manage prospecting activities, track interactions, and update lead status accurately
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to better understand customers' pain points and position EyeQ Monitoring's offerings effectively
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets, contributing significantly to the overall sales growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role in the technology industry, preferably in monitoring solutions
Familiarity with inbound and outbound prospecting techniques and a successful track record in generating qualified leads
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects through various communication channels
Strong research and analytical skills to identify target accounts and decision-makers within those organizations
Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage prospecting activities and track lead interactions
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of monitoring solutions and related technologies is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
