Stratton Mountain Resort is a team-oriented company focused on providing extraordinary experiences. They are seeking a Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant to provide excellent customer service to members and guests while managing various front desk responsibilities.

Travel

Responsibilities

Greet and direct guests, employees, vendors and other visitors in a friendly and courteous manner

Opening and closing procedures

Cash handling and register duties

Process membership application

Retail merchandising and stocking

Book massages, tennis lessons and court times, personal training sessions

Assist the maintenance team in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility

Follow all safety codes

Assist with events as needed

Enforce all facility rules and regulations

Additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Customer serviceCommunication skillsComputer literacyCPR/AED certificationPersonal Training certification

Required

High school diploma, or equivalent, required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong computer literacy skills

CPR/AED certification, company will provide if needed

Preferred

Previous customer service experience, preferred

Experience working in a fitness/spa center environment, preferred

Personal Training certification, a plus
