Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day installation, service, and quality assurance operations
Develop and maintain departmental protocols and procedures
Manage the performance of field operations technicians and supervisors
Engage and partner with internal teams in delivering outstanding customer experience
Meet and exceed departmental and company KPIs
Develop and lead a growing team to achieve operational targets
Build relationships with internal and external customers
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field, equivalent work experience, industry certifications
Five (5+) years of telecommunications or fiber industry experience with at least two (2) years of technical supervisory experience
Proven process and performance management
Proven leadership, time management, organization, critical thinking, and professionalism
Analytical, project management, SME in tools, guidelines/policy, and products
Valid Driver's License
